Join Lisa Tatham and Grace Damasco, NP, for a group medical visit designed to empower you to unlock the physical and emotional benets of yoga. In this nurturing environment, you'll learn how yoga can enhance musculoskeletal health, optimize cardiovascular function, regulate blood glucose levels, and elevate mental clarity and focus. Experience the profound eects of yoga as it simultaneously reduces anxiety, depression, stress, and anger, fostering a sense of inner peace and balance.  Reclaim your body's freedom of movement and vitality as you tap into the inherent power within yourself to release stress and make empowered choices for your well-being. Through personalized instruction and a safe, welcoming atmosphere, allow yoga to stimulate your immune system, increase exibility, build strength, alleviate pain, and enhance your overall quality of life. Embrace the healing potential of medical yoga and take proactive steps towards a healthier, happier you. 

 

What you can expect: Each session will focus in on a specific benefit that arises out of a somatic yoga practice (improved balance, increased strength, stress management, etc…) allowing you to experience within yourself that benefit and learn the practices you can do to recreate it on your own. In this class you may practice on the floor or sitting in a chair. You will be encouraged to listen to the instructions for a movement rather than watching the movement being done. This allows the space for you to discover the best version of the movement for you. Sometimes a pillow, towel, blanket will be helpful in adding additional support for your body. Please have a few things nearby

Please note: We accept most insurances. Your insurance may cover the 1-hour group session. However, you might be responsible for a specialist copayment per session. You will also be responsible if you have a deductible or co-insurance.
