Going from high school to college can be a big change. Hear from college representatives, your WCM/NYP care team, and others on how
to manage your inflammatory bowel disease when transitioning to college life. This event is open to all IBD patients, ages 16-18 years of age. Attendees do not have to be patients of Weill Cornell pediatric GI providers.
