 ewYork-Presbyterian are partnering with Boston Scientific to bring a giant 
 inflatable colon to campus—a walk‑through exhibit designed to make colorect
 al cancer education accessible\, visual\, and memorable.\n\n \n\nThe intera
 ctive display highlights:\n\nThe progression from healthy tissue to polyps 
 to colon cancer\n\nClear\, easy‑to‑understand signs and descriptions at eac
 h stage\n\nKey facts about prevention\, screening\, and early detection\n\n
 Alongside the exhibit\, we’ll have educational materials\, screening inform
 ation and free swag to help spark conversations about colon health.\n\n \n\
 nColorectal cancer is the second overall leading cause of cancer-related de
 aths in the United States. It is now the leading cause of cancer death in m
 en under 50 and the second leading cause in women under 50. Yet it remains 
 one of the few cancers that is highly preventable through screening. Colono
 scopy is an outpatient procedure that can remove precancerous polyps and re
 duce your risk of future colon cancer by over 70%.This event is a chance fo
 r our community to learn\, ask questions\, and take an important step towar
 d awareness and early detection.
