 et faculty rarely have opportunities to practice and receive feedback on c
 oaching skills. This hands-on workshop will introduce an adapted coaching 
 framework and provide faculty with the opportunity to practice their coach
 ing skills through SimCoach\, a set of cases harnessing an AI-powered simu
 lated learner\, developed through an institutional partnership between WCM
  and Sketchy DDx\, an educational technology company. We recommend joining
  the session from a laptop or desktop computer.
