In this webinar, learn actionable tips and techniques for managing projects or programs in academia. A brief introduction to project management will be given, highlighting key differences in working within the many constraints of academia. We will complete a brief live exercise, to showcase how you can adopt project management techniques in your daily operations. And if we have a bold volunteer, we’ll use project or initiative where guidance would be helpful, so feel free to join with a project in mind. We will select a project at random to serve as an example we can all learn from.
