Supervisor Fundamentals: SF1 – Introduction & Strategies for Leading

This live virtual format provides insight into strengthening your leadership skills. Together we’ll explore the importance of your role as a supervisor and discuss the difference between managing and leading. You will also identify four leadership skills needed to elevate your leadership capabilities at WCM.

This training is for: WCM supervisors who would like to enhance their leadership skills.

Steps to Register:

• Click on the Learning tile
• Under the Find Learning section, enter SF1
• Click on See Classes to see webinar dates/times
• Click on Register Now to sign up, and then click Confirm
