 MA(shared medical appointment) is practiced on the floor.  In the session 
 you will be listening to the instructions for the movement you are invited
  to do and then doing your version of the movement.  This is different fro
 m watching someone do something and copying them.  It’s a very special w
 ay of practicing that allows you to discover the best possible version of 
 the movement for you.\n\n \n\nDate: Wednesday\, 3/04-3/25\n\nTime: 5:30pm-
 6:30pm\, Virtual\n\n \n\nPlease note: We accept most insurances. Your insu
 rance may cover the 1-hour group session\, however\, you will be responsib
 le if you have a specialist copayment per session. You will also be respon
