Recognition and Management of Common Neurosurgical Conditions in the Pediatric Practice

In the midst of a busy pediatric practice it can be difficult to recognize the signs and symptoms of uncommon disorders that may need further evaluation by a pediatric neurosurgeon. This half-day CME course is designed as a comprehensive educational seminar to teach pediatricians and pediatric nurses/nurse practitioners how to identify the signs of pediatric brain tumors, seizures, and inborn abnormalities of the spine, face, and head; how best to triage; when to image; and when to send the child to an emergency room.
