DESCRIPTION:In the midst of a busy pediatric practice it can be difficult t
 o recognize the signs and symptoms of uncommon disorders that may need fur
 ther evaluation by a pediatric neurosurgeon. This one-day course is design
 ed as a comprehensive educational seminar to teach pediatricians and pedia
 tric nurses/nurse practitioners how to identify the signs of pediatric bra
 in tumors\, seizures\, and inborn abnormalities of the spine\, face\, and 
 head\; how best to triage\; when to image\; and when to send the child to 
 an emergency room.
