The impact of a cancer diagnosis extends far beyond the walls of clinic visits. Psychosocial care is an important component in comprehensive cancer treatment. Three outpatient oncology social workers at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell will provide education on this topic including coping strategies that are helpful to our patients in the context of COVID-19.
