DESCRIPTION:Substance use among adolescents and young\nadults has been decl
 ining recently except for\none substance: nicotine. In the United States\,
 \nElectronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) are\nbeing used in record nu
 mbers to consume\nnicotine\, with nearly 2 in 5 students in 12th\ngrade re
 porting past-year vaping.\n\n\nAll adolescents\, parents\, and interested\
 ncommunity members are welcome to join Dr.\nJonathan Avery\, an addiction 
 psychiatrist\, and\nDr. Lisa Ipp\, an adolescent medicine physician\,\nto 
 learn more about youth substance use and\nreceive free naloxone rescue kit
 s.\n\n\nSessions are free and will take place at Helmsley Tower (505 East 
 70th Street on the corner of 70th Street and York Avenue) on the 3rd floor
