Optimizing the Practice of Mentoring is an annual 2-day workshop. Day 1 covers Competency-Based Training for Mentors, a highly interactive, full-day experience for mentors who want to learn innovative strategies to strengthen mentor-mentee connections and foster professional growth.

Day 2 includes Mentoring Up: Strategies for Cultivating Effective Mentoring. Designed for mentees at any level, this engaging session equips you with practical “mentoring up” techniques to actively build stronger, more open, and fulfilling mentoring relationships.
