This interactive session will teach your child how to read labels and make healthier selections while choosing snacks and meals, as well as during supermarket shopping.

The Kids and Teens Healthy Weight Program at Weill Cornell Medicine, developed by a Pediatric Endocrinologist and Registered Dietitian, is a free series of interactive, age-appropriate small group sessions that focus on healthy eating and other important food and nutrition concepts.  This fall, we are continuing our program -- online!  Family members and caretakers are encouraged to attend with their children.

Guest speakers such as professional chefs, social workers, and exercise specialists cover the broad spectrum of developing a healthy diet -- essential to growth, development and weight management.

The program is offered by the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at Weill Cornell Medicine, affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Phyllis and David Komansky Children’s Hospital at Weill Cornell Medical Center.

All sessions will be held virtually via Zoom at 5:00pm.   Zoom links will be sent to attendees prior to the session.

How to Enroll:

To be eligible, all children must have an initial assessment by one of our Pediatric Endocrinologists (regular office charges apply).  Assessments can be in-person or via a Video Visit.
