The Symposium will be held in person on Ithaca’s campus in Biotechnology Building G10 or via Zoom.

Please also join us at the Symposium Slack workplace!

The rapid rise of the aged population and its accompanied pathologies, particularly neurodegeneration, represent one of the most pressing health care challenges of our time. The Intercampus Symposium on Aging and Neurodegeneration will focus on the fundamental molecular mechanisms that drive the cellular toxicity and age-dependency of major neurodegenerative diseases. The symposium covers a range of exciting topics bridging several scientific niches, and represents an excellent opportunity to spark new collaborative research. Enhanced collaborations between the various groups in both the Ithaca and New York city campuses will greatly synergize the research efforts aiming to uncover the fundamental underpinnings of how neurodegenerative diseases develop and progress.

Talks, Poster session, Working Groups open to all on campus. Detailed information can be found on the event’s website
