About the Speaker: Dr. McCormick is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and an Attending Physician on the NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health (NYP/WBH) 2 South Inpatient Eating Disorders Unit. He is also the NYP/WBH site director for the Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) Psychiatry residency program. He studied at Columbia University for his undergraduate and medical degrees. He completed his psychiatry residency at NYP/WCM, where he served as chief resident. During his last year of residency, Dr. McCormick began training in adult psychoanalysis at the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research. He then pursued a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at NYP’s combined Columbia-Cornell program, where he served as chief fellow of the WBH Campus.
