 Medicine's Myra Mahon Patient Resource Center & New York Public Library's 
 67th Street Library. If you need the book\, the 67th Street Library branch
  of NYPL (328 East 67th Street\, New York\, NY 10065)\, should have copies
  on hand to borrow. Physical\, audio\, and eBook copies can also be borrow
 ed via any NYPL. If you’d prefer to buy your copy\, it should be readily
