 reening Van offers early detection and health education services\, includi
 ng lung screens. Lung screens use a low-dose CT scan to take detailed imag
 es of your lungs. It’s fast\, painless\, can catch cancer early before s
 ymptoms begin\, and gives you the best chance at a lung-cancer-free life. 
 \n\n \n\nCurious about your eligibility for a low-dose CT lung screening? 
   \n\n \n\nThe first step is to schedule a phone or video consultation wit
 h one of our Nurse Practitioners to confirm eligibility. If you are 50-80 
 years old\, currently smoke\, or have a history of smoking\, you may be el
 igible for a lung screen.  \n\n \n\nPlease call the Health Screening Van t
 eam directly at (646) 962-5864 (LUNG) if you are interested in scheduling 
 a consult. You may also complete the Community Member Interest Form\, and 
 our team will contact you. \n\n \n\nPre-screening and appointment required
 . Lung screening is usually fully covered by insurance for eligible indivi
