 tember 18th!\n\n \n\nOur Health Screening Van offers early detection and h
 ealth education services\, including lung screens. Lung screens use a low-
 dose CT scan to take detailed images of your lungs. It’s fast\, painless
 \, can catch cancer early before symptoms begin\, and gives you the best c
 hance at a lung-cancer-free life. \n\n \n\nCurious about your eligibility 
 for a low-dose CT lung screening?   \n\n \n\nThe first step is to schedule
  a phone or video consultation with one of our Nurse Practitioners to conf
 irm eligibility. If you are 50-80 years old\, currently smoke\, or have a 
 history of smoking\, you may be eligible for a lung screen.  \n\n \n\nPlea
 se call the Health Screening Van team directly at (646) 962-5864 (LUNG) if
  you are interested in scheduling a consult. You may also complete the Com
 munity Member Interest Form or check your eligibility using our online Ris
 k Assessment Survey and our team will contact you. \n\n \n\nPre-screening 
 and appointment required. Lung screening is usually fully covered by insur
 ance for eligible individuals. No insurance? We have options for you.
