From Gut Microbiome to Multifocal Demyelination in Multiple Sclerosis

This talk will review how environmental factors dominate risk in MS, describe the rationale for Clostridium perfringens epsilon toxin as a causative factor, and provide experimental evidence for existence of this organism in the human gut microbiome of people suffering from MS.
