About this Event
According to the American Psychological Association, nearly half of parents report increased stress levels compared to before the pandemic. Parental stress can contribute to parents being less responsive and affectionate toward their children, and ultimately lead to negative outcomes for the child.
Join us for a session on navigating parental stress, including causes and coping as part of the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series in partnership with the St. Agnes Library.
