DESCRIPTION:Englander Institute for Precision Medicine – AI Clinic\n\nJoin
us for our AI Clinic meeting on Wednesday\, February 11th at 2:00pm ET. \n\
n \n\n(note: more information will be covered outside of weekly topics)\n\n
Topic of Discussion for this week \n\nEHR mining and clinical trial matchin
 g via LLMs.\n\n \n\nSession Leaders:\n\nJan Krumsiek\, PhD\n\nAssociate Pro
fessor of Computational Biomedicine\n\nWeill Cornell Medicine\n\n \n\nAI Cl
inic Info:\n\nEIPM's bi-weekly sessions (Wednesdays at 2pm-3pm) aim to enha
nce how we use LLMs for complex tasks\, including coding. They will serve a
 s a collaborative space for hands-on troubleshooting\, knowledge sharing\,
and continuous learning.\n\n \n\nWho is this for? This clinic is designed f
or our entire scientific and clinical community\, with a special emphasis o
n trainees (students\, postdocs\, residents and fellows). It is the perfect
forum for:\n\nResearchers and Scientists looking to apply LLMs to data ana
lysis\, coding challenges\, or manuscript writing.Clinicians interested in
exploring how AI tools can securely optimize research and workflows.Trainee
s seeking a supportive\, hands-on environment to learn and get guidance on
applying advanced LLMs to their specific projects. What participants can exp
ect from these sessions:\n\nCollaborate with our most LLM-proficient team m
embers (“Super-Users”) to troubleshoot and refine their work.Present real c
hallenges they are encountering (e.g.\, coding issues\, complex prompts\, w
orkflow optimization).Potentially share “micro-presentations” when someone
 discovers a new model\, feature\, or technique.Our goals are to:\n\nBuild i
nternal expertise and share best practices. Help participants overcome real
technical challenges\, and create a community of practice around practical
AI use. \n\n \n\nWe are currently seeking Super-Users who demonstrate expe
rtise in coding and experience with AI tools such as Chat GPT 5.2\, Gemini
3.0\, & Claude 4.5 Opus. We are also seeking participants who are looking f
or troubleshooting guidance.\n\n \n\n All skill levels are welcome\, from b
eginners to advanced users.\n\n \n\nReach out to Victoria Cummings (vjc4001
@med.cornell.edu) should you have any questions or inquiries.
