Don't Fall: Take Care of Your Feet!

Bunions, hammer toes, wounds, toenail problems, walking speed, gait, length-of-stride, width-of-step, foot strength, foot pressure, diabetes, old injuries…. What effect do these common problems have on our health, comfort, balance, and stability?

Dr. Deena Horn will explain the connections and advise you on what you can do to take the best care of your feet and minimize your risk of falling.

Dr. Horn received her podiatric medical degree in 2012 from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, where she graduated top of her class. Some of Dr. Horn’s research has been published in the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
