How can real-world EHR data transform research in critical care? Find out in this ARCH Workshop with Edward Schenck, MD, and Sajjad Abedian, as they present on using EHR data to develop advanced composite comorbidity scores, including APACHE and SOPHA. The session highlights how research data repositories, such as the Critical carE Database for Advanced Research (CEDAR), enable comprehensive retrospective analysis and reproducibility at scale.

Developed in collaboration with ARCH, CEDAR supports the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine by pairing ICU patient cohorts collected through REDCap with rich EHR data.
