According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 53 million U.S. adults were caring for a spouse, elderly parent or relative, or child with special needs in 2021. Oftentimes, caregivers are being asked to do increasingly complex tasks, most, if not all of which, are unpaid. This can lead to loss of employment, stressrelated conditions and other impacts.

Join us for a virtual discussion, launching a multi-part series, exploring caregiving. This session seeks to explore the basics of caregiving, broadly, including helping families to understand the trajectory of disease and how needs can change.
