Blood Sugar: High, Low, or Something In Between... What Does It All Mean?

What is hypoglycemia?  What is hyperglycemia?  Why are there such fluctuations in blood sugar?  What problems arise with wide swings in blood sugar levels?  How might those fluctuations increase your risk of falls?  What can you do to stabilize your blood sugar levels?

We welcome  back Ms. Gabrielle Siragusa,  who works as a clinical dietitian with the New York-Presbyterian Hospital Ambulatory Care Network’s nutrition group and who is also a Certified Diabetes Educator.
