Registered Integrative Health and Well-Being dietitian Jackie Topol will show you how to make three dishes that are not only easy to create but nutritious and filling too. In this class, participants learn to make: cauliflower "fried" rice, quinoa and kale salad with dried cranberries and almonds, and curried carrot soup. Recipes and samples will be provided.
