Struggling with weight despite doing “all the right things”? You’re not alone—and it’s not just about willpower or calories.

This 4-week program with Dr. Chiti Parikh takes a different approach. Instead of focusing only on what you eat, we help you reset the key signals that control your metabolism: sleep, stress, hormones, and circadian rhythm.

Using your wearable data (like sleep, heart rate, and activity), you’ll learn how your body responds to daily habits—and how small changes can lead to meaningful, sustainable results.

What You’ll Learn

  • How sleep and light exposure impact hunger, cravings, and weight
  • How stress affects metabolism—and simple tools to reset your nervous system
  • The most effective types of exercise for fat loss and insulin sensitivity
  • How meal timing and intermittent fasting can support metabolic health
  • Role of Medications such as GLP-1 to support your metabolism

What to Expect

  • 4 weekly group sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Intake visit to collect personalized data: labs, Inbody scan and Resting metabolic rate test to see how fast or slow your metabolism is.
  • Practical, easy-to-follow strategies you can apply immediately
  • Personalized insights using your own data from wearables (required)
  • A supportive, non-judgmental environment

This Program is Ideal For

  • Anyone struggling with weight or stubborn belly fat
  • Busy professionals or parents looking for realistic solutions
  • Those who feel “stuck” despite dieting or exercising
  • Individuals who want a more holistic, sustainable approach

 Wearable Required

  • To get the most out of this program, participants must use a wearable device that tracks sleep, heart rate, and activity.

Compatible options include:

  • Apple Watch
  • Oura Ring
  • WHOOP
  • Fitbit
  • Xiaomi Smart Band 10 (affordable option ~$49)
  • 👉 No advanced setup required—we focus on simple trends, not perfect numbers.

Our Approach

This is not a diet. It’s a reset. By improving how your body regulates energy, hunger, and recovery, weight loss becomes more natural—and more sustainable.
