Dr. Daniel B. Chonde, MD, PhD (University of Kentucky College of Medicine) is a neuroradiologist and health equity researcher dedicated to creating inclusive healthcare environments. With PhDs in Biophysics and Medical Engineering from Harvard and MIT, he completed his medical training at Massachusetts General Hospital. His work focuses on using technology to address diversity and inclusion in healthcare.

Previously, he chaired the diversity, equity, and inclusion subcommittee of the American Roentgen Ray Society. He has launched innovative initiatives like the diversityxMESH collaboration, the Mass General Radiology Health Disparities Hackathon, and RadTranslate, an app helping healthcare workers communicate with patients with limited English proficiency.
