Tara Mathews, Ph.D. an Assistant Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry, has expertise in evidence-based behavioral and cognitive-behavioral assessments and treatments.  She has a particular interest in treating individuals whose health outcomes are impacted by stress and anxiety.

Dr. Mathews has expertise in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy and specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, behavior modification, chronic illness, behavioral pain management, sleep medicine, toileting, and tic disorders.
