This live virtual format provides insight into strengthening your leadership skills. Together we’ll explore the importance of your role as a supervisor and discuss the difference between managing and leading. You will also identify four leadership skills needed to elevate your leadership capabilities at WCM.

Dial-In Information

Log into the Weill Business Gateway at https://wbg.med.cornell.edu with your CWID and password to register or contact ros2039@med.cornell.edu.

  • Click on the Learning Tile
  • Under the Find Learning section, enter SF1
  • Click on See Classes under the module to see dates/times
  • Click on Register Now to sign up, and then click Confirm
  • You will receive a confirmation email from our LMS
