During these uncertain times, as we try to navigate our daily lives, we often face situations that feel taxing on our emotional and physical resources.

Join us for a seminar on how to identify causes of stress and discussion of practical, effective tools to reduce and manage stress during the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series at the Webster Library.

Judith Cukor, Ph.D. is a Weill Cornell Medicine associate clinical psychiatry professor.

Dr. Cukor is a clinical psychologist with specialized training and expertise in the fields of behavioral medicine, trauma, and cognitive behavioral treatment of anxiety and depression. She works in the area of stress and resilience with diverse populations including first responders, academic institutions, medical centers and legal and financial institutions.
