Optimizing the Practice of Mentoring: How to be an Effective Research Mentor

The objective of this program is to help prepare junior and senior faculty to be more effective research mentors. Sessions will be facilitated by experts in the field of faculty mentoring.

Mentors and mentees at all professional levels are welcome to attend the Wednesday morning workshop, Mentoring Maladies.

The two mentor training sessions are open to mentors only. Registration and a commitment to attend both parts (Wednesday afternoon & Thursday morning) is required.
