JCC FALL OPEN HOUSE: TOTAL HEALTH FOR YOUR BODY + BRAIN

This year's JCC Annual Open House is focused on Brain Health. The event, which is co-sponsored by NewYork-Presbyterian and the Dana Alliance this year, is free and open to the public! The open house will feature lectures, workouts, and panel discussions by a wide variety of experts, including several Weill Cornell Medicine Neurologists, Neurological surgeons, and Neuropsychologists. Best of all, the open house is FREE to all.

3:45 pm Sleep and the Brain: Why Sleep Is So Important for Health" By Dr. Daniel Barone
